Procurement & Logistics Manager

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering

- 10+ years of procurement experience with 5+ years in management role

- Strong knowledge of oil, gas, and power sector equipment

- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers

- Lead high-value contract negotiations and develop long-term agreements

- Develop supplier evaluation frameworks and performance monitoring systems

- Direct procurement operations for specialized oil, gas, and power equipment including:

* Oil & Gas: flanges, fittings, pipes, pumps, valves

* Power Equipment: cables, motors, control devices, PLCs, DCS systems

- Ensure technical compliance and quality standards across all procurement activities

- Guide team in technical specification development and bid evaluation

- Manage departmental budgets and cost control measures

- Analyze market trends and maintain cost benchmarking databases

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations

- Implement risk management strategies for supply chain continuity

- Develop inventory optimization strategies

- Establish quality control processes for procured materials

- Oversee resolution of quality issues and supplier performance problems
