Job Title: Procurement & Logistics Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Logistics Officer to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and end-to-end logistics operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of materials, cost control, efficient logistics planning, and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain best pricing, quality, and delivery terms
  • Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and material submittals
  • Maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues
  • Ensure procurement activities align with project budgets and timelines
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Logistics & Supply Chain

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, transportation, and site deliveries
  • Manage import/export documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to project sites or warehouses
  • Optimize logistics routes and costs while maintaining service quality
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for inventory control and material issuance

Inventory & Reporting

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of critical materials
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconciliation
  • Prepare procurement and logistics reports (cost, delivery status, lead times)
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE trade regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in procurement and logistics within the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, import/export procedures, and customs regulations
  • Experience in construction, fit-out, MEP, aluminum/façade, or manufacturing is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
