Job Title: Procurement Manager

Experience: 3-5 years

Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement for data center and IT infrastructure equipment, including power, cooling, networking, and facility materials.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality standards.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor partnerships, ensuring performance, compliance, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to achieve best value and long-term cost benefits.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams for demand forecasting and procurement planning.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and performance dashboards.
• Drive process improvements and implement procurement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in data center / IT infrastructure / telecom.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP tools, MS Excel, and procurement systems.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance standards.
