Procurement Manager

Overview:

The Warehouse/Procurement Manager is responsible for leading company-wide procurement activities, inventory management, and multi-location warehouse operations. This role oversees sourcing, vendor relations, and material logistics for solar and construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement strategy, vendor relationships, and material purchasing
• Manage and standardize inventory tracking and warehouse operations across multiple sites
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and lead warehouse teams in best practices
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams to forecast and coordinate materials
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in procurement and warehouse management
• Strong background in solar procurement, supply chain management, and logistics
• OSHA and Forklift Certified (required)
• Proficient in ERP systems (preferably Salesforce)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
