About Us

ABL is a nutraceutical manufacturer specializing in dietary supplement formulation, capsule/tablet production, and OEM/ODM private label manufacturing. As we scale our U.S. operations, we are seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead sourcing strategy, supplier management, and procurement optimization for our growing supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end purchasing operations (raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies).
• Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure supplier compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships; evaluate and onboard new vendors.
• Work closely with production, R&D, and finance to ensure material availability and cost efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, material costs, and risks to support business planning.
• Establish and maintain purchasing policies, SOPs, and performance metrics.
• Supervise and mentor junior procurement team members.
• Optimize ERP system workflows and drive procurement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of procurement or supply chain management experience (nutraceutical, food, or manufacturing preferred).
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong understanding of purchasing contracts, cost control, and logistics coordination.
• ERP system experience (Odoo preferred).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $70,000–$90,000 + Bonus, depending on experience.
