Procurement Manager

Position: Procurement Manager (Arabic Speaker Preferred)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in construction and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background and proven expertise in managing procurement operations within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain effective communication with project teams and management for timely material delivery.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure cost optimization.
• Prepare procurement reports, purchase orders, and contract documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably in construction/fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of local market suppliers and procurement regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Arabic speaking candidates are preferred.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
