Procurement Planning

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets, and company objectives.
  • Prepare procurement schedules in coordination with project managers, estimators, and designers.
  • Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.

2. Purchasing & Vendor Management

  • Obtain competitive quotations, analyze bids, and negotiate terms and contracts to ensure best value.
  • Establish and maintain long-term supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Ensure materials and finishes meet project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
  • Manage local and international sourcing where required.

3. Cost Control & Budgeting

  • Support the estimation and quantity surveying teams in developing project cost budgets.
  • Monitor and control procurement costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track material price trends and forecast cost implications for future projects.

4. Logistics & Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
  • Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and site teams to ensure efficient material handling.
  • Oversee import/export documentation and customs clearance if applicable.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical procurement standards, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of purchase orders, supplier contracts, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.

6. Team Leadership (if applicable)

  • Supervise procurement officers, purchasers, and coordinators.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations for the procurement team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out materials (joinery, MEP, finishes, furniture, etc.).
  • Proven experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Zoho, or similar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
