Procurement Manager (with Marine Experience) – Abu Dhabi

About the Role

International Market Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in marine industry operations. The successful candidate will lead strategic procurement initiatives, optimize supply chain performance, and manage vendor relationships to ensure the highest standards of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic procurement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Evaluate technical specifications, assess supplier capabilities, and ensure product suitability.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal terms and performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements.

Support the continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.

MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CPM are an advantage.

10–15 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries, with a focus on marine operations.
