Job Description :

§ Formulating and implementing purchasing strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

§ Analyzing market trends to optimize purchasing strategies and reduce costs.

§ Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.

§ Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

§ Conducting performance evaluations of suppliers and addressing issues as they arise.

§ Negotiating contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.

§ Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts.

§ Developing and managing the purchasing budget to ensure financial objectives are met.

§ Monitoring and controlling expenditures to stay within budgetary constraints.

§ Overseeing inventory levels and ensuring that procurement meets operational needs without overstocking.
