About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Procurement Manager
to lead sourcing and category strategies across
Events, Marketing, and Workplace fit-out projects
. This role sits within a dynamic, fast-evolving industry where strong governance, agility, and commercial discipline are essential. The ideal candidate brings strategic procurement expertise from
regulated or highly risk-sensitive sectors
such as financial services, payments, digital assets, or technology-driven environments.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Admin, Finance, and Legal teams to drive value, ensure supplier performance, and support company-wide procurement maturity.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute category strategies for Events, Marketing, Merchandize, and Workplace projects.

Conduct spend analysis, supplier segmentation, and market intelligence gathering to identify optimization opportunities.

Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) for marketing, global events, merchandize production services, design & build categories.

Evaluate supplier suitability based on clear criteria such as cost, quality, risk, sustainability, and compliance.

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and SLAs to achieve best-in-class value.

Drive rigorous vendor management practices including performance reviews, risk assessments, and contract compliance.

Cross functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Marketing and Admin teams for project compliance and management

Ensure procurement processes adhere to internal controls, approval workflows, and audit/operational requirements.

Support budgeting and forecasting by maintaining visibility of category spend and upcoming project plans.

Track cost-saving initiatives, report procurement KPIs, and support business cases for strategic investments.
What we are looking for

5–7+ years of procurement or category management experience, with a strong track record in events, marketing services, and/or workplace categories.

Experience in
regulated, risk-sensitive, or compliance-driven industries
(e.g., financial services, payments, fintech, or other emerging digital markets).

Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in fast-paced, high-growth companies.

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity with resilience and a solution-oriented mindset.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field
