Job Title: Procurement Manager – Ecommerce & Children’s Toys

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 25,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with strong expertise in ecommerce purchasing and children’s toys product categories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, supplier management, price negotiation, inventory planning, and ensuring high-quality products at competitive prices for the ecommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for children’s toys and related product categories.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers locally and internationally.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQ, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and profitability.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with merchandising, product, and warehouse teams for stock planning and replenishment.
• Track inventory levels and analyze sales patterns to forecast upcoming requirements.
• Conduct market research on trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
• Review purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage issue resolution related to delays, defects, or shortages.
• Ensure timely procurement to support ecommerce promotions, campaigns, and seasonal demand.
• Work closely with finance on budgeting, cost analysis, and invoice reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2–3 years in ecommerce and children’s toys category.
• Strong understanding of global sourcing (China, India, Turkey, etc.) and import procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement tools, ERP systems, and inventory planning.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage high-volume sourcing and work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Benefits:

• Salary: AED 25,000
• Other benefits as per UAE labor law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per month
