Job Title: Procurement Manager - fit out

Job Summary:
The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement process for the company, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, products, and services. The role involves vendor management, negotiation, cost control, and ensuring all purchases comply with company policies and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure competitive rates.
  • Prepare purchase orders (POs), follow up on approvals, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier performance, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineering, finance, and site teams to understand material requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, product availability, and price fluctuations.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality concerns, or supplier disputes.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and legal requirements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance through periodic assessments.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement (preferably in construction, MEP, interiors, or related industries).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as CIPS/CSCP/CPSM (added advantage).
  • Experience in large-scale construction or fit-out projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
