Procurement Manager

We Are Hiring: Procurement Manager – High-End Luxury Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead all strategic and operational procurement activities within our clients high end luxury fit-out business. This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent supplier management capabilities, and the ability to deliver value while maintaining the highest standards of quality and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project and business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement: category management, sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract awards.
• Deliver measurable cost efficiencies while upholding premium quality and service standards.
• Implement supplier performance frameworks, risk management, and approved vendor lists tailored to luxury fit-out projects.
• Ensure contractors and suppliers meet quality, delivery, sustainability, and ESG requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project, commercial, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless programme delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a procurement team of 5+, ensuring adherence to governance and regulatory standards.
• Support business development through tender reviews and procurement insight.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement functions.

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience in procurement, ideally within high-end fit-out, interiors, or construction.
• Strong leadership capability with a proven record in strategic procurement management.
• Expertise in negotiation, contract management, category-based sourcing, and spend analysis.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC and international contracting standards.
• Experience working with ERP/procurement systems and analytics tools.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS/MCIPS are advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and senior stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
