We Are Hiring: Procurement Manager – High-End Luxury Fit-Out
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead all strategic and operational procurement activities within our clients high end luxury fit-out business. This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent supplier management capabilities, and the ability to deliver value while maintaining the highest standards of quality and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project and business objectives.

Manage end-to-end procurement: category management, sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract awards.

Deliver measurable cost efficiencies while upholding premium quality and service standards.

Implement supplier performance frameworks, risk management, and approved vendor lists tailored to luxury fit-out projects.

Ensure contractors and suppliers meet quality, delivery, sustainability, and ESG requirements.

Collaborate closely with project, commercial, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless programme delivery.

Lead, mentor, and develop a procurement team of 5+, ensuring adherence to governance and regulatory standards.

Support business development through tender reviews and procurement insight.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement functions.
What We Are Looking For

10+ years’ experience in procurement, ideally within high-end fit-out, interiors, or construction.

Strong leadership capability with a proven record in strategic procurement management.

Expertise in negotiation, contract management, category-based sourcing, and spend analysis.

Strong understanding of FIDIC and international contracting standards.

Experience working with ERP/procurement systems and analytics tools.

Professional certifications such as CIPS/MCIPS are advantageous.

Excellent written and verbal communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
