Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Manager- procurement to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and optimizing the supply chain to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project-based procurement to ensure on-time availability of materials and services at the most optimized cost.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and contracts to secure best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Drive cost-control and value optimization initiatives across all project procurements.
- Oversee inventory and logistics coordination to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery to project sites.
- Lead and guide the procurement team to achieve project and organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Experience in procurement
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
- Proven experience in project-based procurement within an engineering, EPC, manufacturing, or automation environment.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, commercial negotiations, vendor management, and logistics for engineering projects.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (ERPNext / SAP / Oracle or similar) and strong analytical skills
- Good Oral Communication Skill in – English, Hindi, and Malayalam
- Excellent Written Communication Skill in – English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
