Job Description

2050 Healthcare is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage end-to-end procurement operations across healthcare supplies, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing, vendor reliability, and compliance with healthcare quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage sourcing, negotiation, and contracting with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure timely procurement of medical equipment, consumables, pharmaceuticals, and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery timelines, and compliance
• Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and clinical teams for demand planning
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
• Analyze procurement data and prepare MIS reports for management
• Lead and mentor the procurement team

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
