Job Summary

Milestone Aluminium Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, vendor management, and material procurement for façade and construction projects. The role focuses on cost optimization, timely material availability, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for façade and construction materials.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendors to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
• Handle end-to-end procurement activities (PR to PO).
• Coordinate with Production, Materials, and Supply Chain teams for material planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and reduce wastage.
• Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Prepare procurement reports and vendor performance reviews.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–10+ years of procurement experience; façade industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of façade materials (aluminium, glass, hardware, sealants).
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
