Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead and manage our procurement operations across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing, strong supplier relationships, and timely availability of materials while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and vendor management
• Identify reliable suppliers and maintain long-term strategic partnerships
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and value optimization
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and risks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Lead and mentor the procurement team

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in Qatar or GCC
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Experience in contract management and supplier evaluation
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
• Knowledge of local market suppliers and regulations is a strong advantage
• Fluency in Arabic in both written and speaking is a must
