QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement,

• Preferably experienced in team and process management,

• Strong expertise in supplier management, contract administration, and negotiation,

• Proven experience in cost analysis, budget management, and pricing,

• Proficiency in ERP and procurement systems,

• Advanced user of MS Office applications,

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,

• Results- and performance-oriented working approach,

• Excellent communication, representation, and coordination skills,

• High level of integrity with a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implementing the company’s purchasing strategies,

• Managing the supplier portfolio and identifying alternative sourcing options,

• Conducting requests for quotations (RFQs), price comparisons, and cost analyses,

• Managing contract processes and monitoring supplier performance,

• Planning, monitoring, and reporting the purchasing budget,

• Leading cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives,

• Improving and standardizing purchasing processes,

• Preparing and presenting regular management reports.
