Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead and manage all procurement activities for façade and aluminum projects. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market knowledge, established supplier networks, and proven experience in strategic sourcing, cost control, and team leadership within the façade industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and company objectives
• Manage sourcing and purchasing of aluminum profiles, glass, façade systems, hardware, sealants, and accessories
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and timely delivery
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
• Oversee preparation and issuance of purchase orders and contracts
• Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost optimization across projects
• Coordinate with project managers, design, estimation, and site teams for material planning
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement vendor assessment programs
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contractual obligations
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and management presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8–15 years of procurement experience in aluminum and façade industry in UAE
• Strong knowledge of façade materials, curtain wall systems, glazing systems, and aluminum fabrication
• Proven experience in handling large-scale construction projects
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• UAE driving license preferred
