Procurement Manager – Aluminum Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to join our team and lead our aluminum procurement operations in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all procurement activities related to aluminum materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure best value and quality.
• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to support strategic purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and implement annual procurement plans.
• Lead and supervise the procurement team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in aluminum procurement.
• Mandatory experience within the United Arab Emirates (applications without UAE experience will not be considered).
• Strong knowledge of the UAE aluminum market and supplier network.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and relevant software.
