About the Team

Our Procurement Buying Enablement is a critical team supporting Global Procurement to achieve its strategic objectives of exceptional buying service through effective and efficient processes.

We create competitive advantage through robust and sustainable partnerships that unlock Haleon's potential. We operate to bring scale, expertise and a business-first mindset through our global category, cross-BU and strategy and delivery teams working together. By collaborating as a One Procurement team, we drive real value for Haleon and the consumers we serve.

The buying enablement team will work collaboratively with business along with the Global Procurement bringing proven methods, and expert capabilities in buying needs, problem solving, data and systems. They, along with the Procurement Strategy & Delivery Leadership Team, will instil a culture of continuous improvement and a Service Excellence mindset. This team will work globally ensuring consistency in the right buying processes and ensure solutions meet the needs locally, where required.

Role Overview

As a Procurement Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in facilitating compliant, timely, and cost-effective purchasing for mid-tier spend requests. Your day-to-day activities will include understanding the shopper needs, executing quick sourcing and PR to PO fulfilment with cost efficiency, maintaining KPIs, provide excellent shopper experience, and ensure compliance to procurement policy.
