Procurement Manager (Construction Materials - Russian speaker)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Russian-speaking Procurement Manager to join our Construction Department. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement of construction materials for ongoing and upcoming development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for procurement of construction materials (finishing, structural, MEP, etc.)
• Supplier sourcing (local & international)
• Price negotiation and contract finalization
• Comparison sheets and cost optimization
• Coordination with project managers, engineers, and finance
• Ensuring timely delivery aligned with construction schedules
• Monitoring material quality and compliance with project specifications
• Managing supplier relationships and payment terms
• Budget control and reporting

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in construction procurement (developer or main contractor)
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction material market
• Established supplier network in UAE
• Strong negotiation skills • Experience working with BOQs and technical specifications
• Cost-conscious and detail-oriented
• Able to work in fast-paced development environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
