Procurement Manager – Electronics (MDA/SDA)

Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager with strong experience in Electronics, specifically in MDA (Major Domestic Appliances) and SDA (Small Domestic Appliances). The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of supplier networks, strong negotiation skills, and experience sourcing high-quality electronic products at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead procurement activities for electronics, MDA, and SDA product categories.

· Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.

· Source new products based on market trends and customer demand.

· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and supply agreements.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

· Ensure timely procurement and delivery of products.

· Evaluate supplier performance and maintain procurement records.

· Coordinate with finance and operations teams for purchase planning.

· Work on cost reduction strategies while maintaining product quality.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Electronics, or related field.

· 5–7 years of UAE experience in the electronics industry.

· Strong experience in MDA/SDA purchasing and supplier management.

· Knowledge of electronic brands, appliances, and market trends.

· Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

· Ability to manage multiple vendors and product categories efficiently.

Preferred

· UAE market experience preferred.

· Existing supplier network in the electronics/appliances industry is an advantage.
