Procurement Manager-FMD

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager – Facility Management Division (FMD) to lead procurement activities supporting medical and non-medical maintenance operations.

This role is critical to ensuring fast, compliant, and cost-effective procurement in a high-demand environment, with a strong focus on local content requirements and the Saudi supplier market.

Mandatory: Proven experience in Medical Facility Management Procurement in KSA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement (RFQ → PR → PO → delivery follow-up)
• Ensure rapid response to urgent maintenance and operational requirements
• Lead sourcing across FM categories (MEP, HVAC, spare parts, medical items)
• Ensure availability of critical materials to support SLAs and operations
• Manage supplier relationships and lead commercial negotiations
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval matrix, and controls
• Maintain adherence to 3-way matching (PO–GRN–Invoice)
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and central supply chain teams
• Monitor key KPIs (PR-to-PO cycle time, supplier performance, cost savings)
• Support ERP-based reporting (Dynamics 365 preferred)

Requirements (Mandatory)

• 8–12+ years of experience in Facility Management procurement
• Proven experience in Medical FM / Healthcare maintenance procurement
• Strong experience in the Saudi Arabia market
• Solid knowledge of local suppliers and local content requirements
• Experience in technical and spare parts sourcing
• ERP experience (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
