Position Summary
The Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations across corporate and project sites. This role is critical in ensuring strategic sourcing, effective vendor management, contract negotiation, inventory alignment, and close coordination with internal stakeholders to support seamless operations, cost efficiency, and uncompromised quality standards in line with the brand ethos.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Procurement & Strategic Sourcing
- Plan and execute procurement of goods and services in alignment with organizational requirements, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, products, and market pricing relevant to wellness, luxury living, and project execution.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors and service partners aligned with company's Living standards.
- Build, maintain, and periodically review a structured vendor database with performance evaluations.
- Manage contracts, renewals, warranties, guarantees, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Track project schedules and inventory levels to align procurement planning and execution.
- Collaborate with project, operations, design, and finance teams to forecast material and service requirements.
- Support project teams in creating and maintaining an in-house material and product library.
Operations & Compliance
- Process Purchase Orders (POs), MIGOs, invoices, and coordinate timely vendor payments in collaboration with finance.
- Define and implement procurement SOPs, standardization practices, and compliance protocols.
- Identify procurement system/ERP requirements and ensure effective usage, reporting, and data accuracy.
Cost & Quality Control
- Benchmark products and services against industry standards to achieve optimal pricing and value.
- Ensure all procured materials and services meet defined quality, sustainability, and brand guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain functions.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and MS Excel
- High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
