Scope of the Position:
Avery Dennison Materials Group North America is composed of 4 main businesses; Label and Packaging Materials, Graphics Solutions, Reflective Solutions, and the Performance Tapes businesses. The Graphics Solutions, Reflective Solutions and Performance Tapes businesses are part of Avery Dennison’s High Value Category segments.
The Procurement Manager - High Value Categories (HVC) is responsible for setting and implementing the procurement strategy for one of Avery Dennison’s HVC businesses. The role will focus on ensuring competitiveness and value creation within the regional procurement spend while driving the 5 levers strategic plan that will enable spend and category optimization.
This position will be based out of Avery Dennison’s corporate headquarters in Mentor, Ohio and reports directly to Sr. Procurement Manager for Avery Dennison’s HVC.

The salary range for this position is $101,250 - $135,000/ year.
The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
