Procurement Manager - Hospitality

We are looking for a Procurement Manager/Assistant Manager to manage procurement activities for hospitality and hotel renovation/fit-out projects for our client in Dubai. This role requires hands-on experience in sourcing materials, equipment, FF&E, and services related to hotel rooms, restaurants, and overall hotel developments for our client based in Dubai - which is one of the largest companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 10 months and is renewable.

This role sits in the Procurement Department and reports to the Procurement Project Director.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for hospitality fit-out and renovation projects
• Source and appoint suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers
• Handle procurement of FF&E, OS&E, materials, and specialist packages
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts
• Coordinate closely with project, design, and construction teams
• Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and compliance
• Manage procurement budgets and cost control
• Ensure contracts follow company policies and project requirements
• Resolve supplier and delivery-related issues efficiently
