Procurement Manager - Interior Fit out

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager – Interior Fit-Out to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE market knowledge, proven experience in interior fit-out procurement, and the ability to manage vendors, materials, and costs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for interior fit-out projects
• Source, negotiate, and finalize contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, QS, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery
• Maintain approved supplier and subcontractor databases
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and contract terms
• Monitor material quality, pricing trends, and market availability
• Prepare purchase orders, cost comparisons, and procurement reports
• Control procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Resolve supplier issues, claims, and disputes efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in procurement, specifically in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and subcontractors
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
