JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SOURCING MANAGER/PROCUREMENT MANAGER-INTERIORS
The Sourcing Manager – Interiors is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring interior materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes (FF&E) for projects. The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, managing vendor relationships, ensuring product quality, and achieving cost efficiencies. This position works closely with design, procurement, and project teams to meet material specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* ​Source and evaluate suppliers for interior materials and FF&E.
* Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms.
* Ensure product quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
* Support design teams with samples, product data, and alternatives.
* Track procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* ​Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier performance metrics.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, interiors, or related field.
* 3–5 years of sourcing/procurement experience, ideally in interiors or FF&E.
