The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead category management and relationship development to deliver commercial value and performance excellence.
• Provide leadership to teams, ensuring structures, tools, and responsibilities are in place to achieve objectives.
• Conduct due diligence and market analysis to inform planning and decision-making.
• Develop and implement plans, embedding processes and monitoring delivery through others.
• Drive performance management, talent development, and coaching while influencing senior stakeholders.
• Champion sustainability and net zero carbon transition through proactive identification and management of emissions.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree-qualified with CIPS certification or equivalent.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Demonstrated project experience and ability to influence at executive level.
