Procurement Manager - PPE & Consumables

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process for requests, ensuring that the end user has the necessary resources to execute campaigns effectively. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining compliance with organizational procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies within the Middle East region, focusing on categories including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), operation consumables, warehouse rental, operation services, etc.
2. Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation and contract management.
3. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to terms and conditions. Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers to ensure optimal service delivery.
4. Monitor market trends and utilize cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
6. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and regulations. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
2. At least 6 years of experience in procurement, with proven experience of managing procurement process from purchasing request to payment process.
3. Familiar with procurement processes and relevant laws and regulations, with strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
4. Proven knowledge and experience of customs clearance, trading, tax and logistics.
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
6. Fluency in English and Arabic.
