Procurement Manager – Water & Wastewater Projects

Job Description

Pure Water Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for water and wastewater EPC projects. The role requires strong market knowledge, supplier network, and experience working with major government clients and consultants in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for water and wastewater projects (materials, equipment, subcontractors).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and international manufacturers.
• Review project specifications, prepare RFQs, evaluate offers, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with engineering, tendering, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement procurement strategies, cost control measures, and vendor evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and audit standards.
• Maintain procurement logs, reports, and supplier performance records.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in procurement for water/wastewater, pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants.
• Strong knowledge of UAE supplier market and major international manufacturers.
• Experience working with TAQA , ADNOC, municipalities, or similar authorities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
• Experience in contracts, POs, BOQs, and technical data review.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
