Procurement Manager(Mandarin Required)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement activities. This position focuses on building and managing our supply chain for equipment, materials, and logistics services—not merchandise or product category management. As a key member of our global procurement team, you will develop supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and enhance supply chain reliability for our operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle strategic sourcing activities for high-value procurement projects, from needs analysis and supplier selection to contract execution and performance management
• Develop and implement procurement policies and systems, focusing on cost savings, efficiency and compliance
• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships through structured processes, negotiations, and ongoing performance reviews

Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• At least 3 years experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
• Demonstrated success in managing complex sourcing projects and delivering measurable results
• Familiar with logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related industries
• Experience with international trade compliance and supply chain management is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
