Procurement Officer

About Us
Our company is engaged in delivering projects across multiple sectors including construction, infrastructure, and related services. We are looking for a Procurement Officer to support our operations by ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and pricing.
  • Support budget planning by providing cost estimates and market analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
