SBCM specializes in project/construction management, design-build services, project budgeting & risk management, automation & systems integration, and sustainability analysis.

A.      General Requirement

1)     Holding a B.S. Degree from a reputable University.

2)     Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Construction industry Procurement.  

3)     Have at least 5 years’ experience in the KSA with reputable firms.

4)     Have strong knowledge of Local & International Procurement requirements.

5)     Well-versed in spoken and written English.

6)     Track record of working with both Consultants & contractors is a Plus .

7)     Good experience with Procurement management software such as Odoo.

B.      Specific Requirement  

1)     Report to the Procurement manager.

2)     Issuing projects procurement plans.

3)     Management of the Full procurement cycle from Initiation, negotiations, to issuing related P. O’s.

4)     Manage Project Procurement, Budgeting & Financial Control.

5)     Issuing regular procurement status reports to management.

6)     Monitors the projects' Monthly procurement Schedule & Cost Variances.
