Procurement Officer

We are seeking a skilled Male Procurement/Purchasing to oversee the sourcing and procurement activities for a group company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 'managing procurement process, supplier relationships, and inventory management within the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for packaging, materials, and retail-related supplies.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure best value.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain adequate supply for production and retail stores.
• Coordinate with production and retail teams to align with launch schedules and operational needs.
• Track supplier performance, resolve procurement issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Male candidates only (role requirement).
• Proven procurement experience in the retail sector (luxury goods, perfumes, cosmetics, or related industries preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
