Procurement Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Procurement Officer located in Dammam. The Senior Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, conducting contract negotiations, handle all import and clearance requirements, and maintaining relationships with suppliers. Additionally, this role involves analyzing market trends, monitoring procurement performance, and ensuring cost-effective procurement processes. The Senior Procurement Officer will also be involved in developing procurement strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Purchasing
• Excellent Analytical skills for market and performance analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferred with experience in automotive finishing products
• Philippines will be preferred
