Procurement Officer

Job description

We are currently seeking a "Procurement officer" to join our team. As a key member of the procurement team, your role is essential in streamlining and enhancing procurement processes for organizational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in procurement

Qualifications:

  • BBA/MBA/BS/MS Engineering in any Feild.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with vendors to assess, negotiate, and secure services and supplies.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies in line with company objectives.
  • Enforce and ensure compliance with the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and organized database of supplier information, including qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges.
  • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Ability to analyses and interpret data to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with supplier evaluation and performance monitoring.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
