Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire local trading division, driving growth and profitability across product lines.
• Develop and implement trading strategies aligned with UAE market trends and company objectives.
• Build strong supplier and customer networks; negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE trade laws, customs, licensing, and VAT regulations.
• Direct procurement, pricing, and inventory planning to optimize cost efficiency and turnover.
• Guide and mentor the trading, and sales teams to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor market developments, identify new business opportunities, and manage trading risks.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Represent the company in key trade discussions, government relations, and industry forums.
