The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. The role ensures timely supply, maintains vendor relationships, and supports company operations through efficient procurement processes.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in Construction / Villa Renovation Material procurement,
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Request, review, and analyze quotations from vendors.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle supplier performance evaluations and resolve any supply issues.
- Prepare procurement reports and support audits when required.
