We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Officer with 7-9 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and compliance with quality standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
- Evaluate and qualify vendors and suppliers based on price, quality, support, capacity, and reliability.
- Review and process purchase requisitions in accordance with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to understand material requirements and ensure accurate procurement planning.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and construction regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best terms and minimize supply chain risks.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement budgets and forecasts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
