We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement processes, particularly in the construction and MEP industries. This role is crucial for ensuring that our projects are supplied with the necessary materials and services efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to construction and MEP projects.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement processes.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for procurement needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, specifically in the construction and MEP sectors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
