Procurement Officer – Facility Management
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to join our Facility Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services essential for facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with facility management needs.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, budgetary guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to maintain adequate supplies.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in facility management or related industries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, budgetary guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to maintain adequate supplies.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
