Key Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement activities for materials, equipment, and operational requirements
- Source and evaluate local and international suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and prepare purchase orders
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, and projects teams regarding material requirements
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely supply
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation
- Support cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and policies
- Assist in resolving supply, delivery, and quality-related issues
- Prepare procurement reports and updates for management
Requirements:
✅ Experience in procurement within trading, contracting, or manufacturing industry
✅ Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
✅ Good knowledge of procurement processes and logistics coordination
✅ ERP and MS Excel knowledge preferred
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
