We are looking for a Procurement Officer with solid experience in the UAE interior fit-out sector. The candidate will manage sourcing, purchasing, and coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure materials, equipment, and services for interior fit-out projects
- Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors within UAE market
- Obtain quotations, perform price comparisons, and negotiate best rates
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on approvals
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams for material requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedule
- Maintain proper procurement documentation and records
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out procurement (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and pricing
- Experience in procurement of joinery, MEP, and fit-out materials
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Focus Software (Focus ERP) will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Knowledge of UAE procurement procedures
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and cost control mindset
