Procurement Officer

Job Title: Procurement Officer – Interior Fit-Out Location: UAE Experience Required: Minimum 3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out industry Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement Officer with solid experience in the UAE interior fit-out sector. The candidate will manage sourcing, purchasing, and coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure materials, equipment, and services for interior fit-out projects
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors within UAE market
• Obtain quotations, perform price comparisons, and negotiate best rates
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on approvals
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams for material requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedule
• Maintain proper procurement documentation and records
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out procurement (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and pricing
• Experience in procurement of joinery, MEP, and fit-out materials
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Focus Software (Focus ERP) will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Knowledge of UAE procurement procedures
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and cost control mindset
