Procurement & Purchasing
- Prepare and place purchase orders in line with company/client requirements.
- Obtain and verify order confirmations from suppliers.
- Maintain and update all purchasing activities in the system.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
Supplier & Logistics Coordination
- Communicate and follow up with suppliers regarding production and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate loading lists, container planning, and shipment details with forwarders and transporters.
- Prepare container loading requests and offloading lists.
- Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively.
Documentation & Compliance
- Collect and maintain all documents related to procurement transactions (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records for internal tracking and audits.
Commercial & Sales Support
- Assist the Sales team with product prices, samples, and finishes.
- Provide timely and accurate product and procurement information.
Customer Inquiries & After-Sales Support
- Handle sales team inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Follow up on after-sales issues including delivery concerns, product feedback, or claims.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain strong client relationships.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly reports on procurement, shipments, and order status.
- Track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and logistics performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant UAE experience in procurement or logistics.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Tally systems and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Pay: AED1.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
