Procurement Officer

Support the procurement department by processing purchase requests, tracking deliveries, and maintaining supplier databases for key production materials including composites, glass, and adhesives. You will also coordinate with production and warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels, resolve delivery discrepancies, communicate with suppliers on lead times, and ensure materials arrive on time to meet manufacturing schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and follow up on purchase requests
• Track inbound deliveries and resolve delivery discrepancies
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date supplier databases
• Communicate with suppliers on lead times and quality issues
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to avoid material shortages
