Job Summary:
We are seeking a Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities, source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
- Coordinate purchasing requirements with internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
