Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Requisition & Analysis: Analyze internal procurement requests and conduct regular market surveys to ensure cost-effective decisions.
• Documentation: Prepare comparison sheets, purchase orders (POs), and maintain all procurement-related records.
• Coordination: Partner with internal departments to understand their needs and guarantee timely fulfillment.
• Operational Support: Efficiently handle multiple urgent priorities and tight deadlines to support daily business operations.
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Fresh graduate with 6 to 8 months of relevant experience (internships preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Core Capabilities: Strong market awareness, sourcing capabilities, and baseline vendor management skills.
• Soft Skills: Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
