Job Description

A Procurement Officer in a holding company handles all purchasing & supply chain activities:

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify suppliers and request quotations
  • Negotiate prices, quality, and delivery terms
  • Create and issue Purchase Orders (LPOs)
  • Follow up on deliveries until goods are received
  • Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and project teams
  • Monitor stock levels and plan reorders
  • Maintain supplier database and records
  • Evaluate supplier performance (price, quality, delivery)
  • Prepare reports on procurement costs and activities
